Daryl hung up on me. It was very upsetting. When my husband rode with the transmission guy, he said that the paper he got was not detailed enough. But I have plenty of details. It was not relayed correctly. They need a better communication system. And my check engine light came back on again after I picked up my vehicle

Straightforward and transparent with questions asked

I have always been well attended to, but this time was the worst experience I have ever had. I had to wait for almost 2 hours. When I arrived, there was only one person in front of me. I made an appointment for 8 in the morning. I arrived 5 minutes late and they put another person in front of me who arrived after me because I saw when the guy arrived. After I paid for the service, after an hour and a half I went to get the car that they said would be parked in front. I waited 10 minutes. Since it hadn't arrived, I went to the second garage, which takes almost 5 minutes on foot. When I got there, my car was open with the funnel in place of the oil change, the tires stuck, and no one was with the car. I walked back again to get the store employee and he said it was ready, and I went to show him that it wasn't. I went back to the second garage again, this time with the employee. He went to look for the person who was doing the service on the car, took out the funnel, locked the car and unlocked the tires that were stuck. I got in the car and took it out of the garage, looked at the dashboard. They hadn't changed the gauge to 100% and there was no sticker to let me know when the oil would be changed again. Another wait and in the end I called the doctor who had scheduled an appointment a month ago. So what do you guys think? Should I go back to this company to change the oil again or should I look for another one that is more organized? In my opinion, I think that someone is missing who starts to look at what is happening. This was a service and it was a service done last year that I had to leave my car for a major repair. They had the audacity to drive my car for more than 50 miles and I know this because I marked the miles before handing it over for service, not to mention the food scraps they left inside the car. What do you think? Should I recommend this company to anyone else????

We were there to have our 'summer ' wheels put on and an oil change. We also had the chrome lettering changed to glossy black with a kit we purchased thru the dealership

Came in originally for brake service but I also reported an air conditioning issue. Turns out my break were fine and just needed dust cleaned but my air conditioning needed recharged with freon. Each issue was handled to my complete satisfaction. Working with Jake is great.

I scheduled the appointment earlier in the day, dropped my car off and went back to pick it up later.

bad. made appointment for 6/3 to have thermostat repaired took vehicle in at 1015 , stayed in area came back to dealer around 1230 , received text at 1248 thermostat housing is bad needs replaced on backorder can hav ehere tomorrow, so this day was wasted still do not have my vehicle back and have to do this all over tomorrow . was able to get my ride back ,so i left vehicle was told they would start on first thing tomorrow. did not receive text until 1:20 the next day. then the cost was ridiculous, when i told them on the 3rd i would just take it somewhere else, i was informed it was still going to cost me almost 200 for diagnostyic and pressure test and would still be driving the vehicle. I originally brought it in on may 23 because the engine light was onand at that time I was told it was the thermostat and I made the appointment for june 3rd to have repaired I dont understand why part was not available when that is why I made the appointment!

Little expensive this time but an overall good experience

Great service advisor who kept me updated about my repair. His name was Jake and I have had service from him before. He truly is one of the best advisors that I have had over 50 years. This is why I return to this dealership! I also had the pleasure of working with another advisor in the past and he was also great.

I had an 8 AM appointment for an oil change, lube, tire rotation, state inspection and emissions, and multi point inspection. I arrived early. My only complaint is it took two hours to get my car back and the prices went up again.

Jared made purchasing a new vehicle such a wonderful experience! I will recommend to everyone I know!

Missy from the service department was excellent. She understood my frustrations. I just bought my 2025 Equinox in April.. I had it for exactly one month and it broke down. It had been at the dealership for two months!!! I am very unhappy with GM at this point but Missy was very nice and tried calming me down when talking to me.

I’ve brought a car from here not even two months ago had a brake issue they kept saying nothing was wrong then the grinder down my rotors then come to find out it was my caliper when asked are they going to replace my brakes an rotors as well to with that issue messing up them still didn’t on top of that I took it in all of my tps was working I get it back they all don’t work now was told that they was also going to get changed an didn’t now my cooling seats fans are making noise all this in 2 months of buying this car the only positive is the lady that I have spoke with she answered all my questions if she didn’t know she got back to me in a timely fashion just want to get my issues fixed

Timely oil change

Took car in for state inspection, oil change, and 2 recalls. Scheduled for 8 am Dropped car off Sunday night in front of garage. Did not hear from dealership until 3:30 pm stating they needed another day. I said fine. Did not hear from dealer until I called at 1:30 pm next day asking the status. Heard back at 3:30 saying car is done. Asked how much. They did not know had to call me back. Called bak 20 minutes later left a message how much. Went to pick up car and they ask if I knew if the check engine light was on? I said no, it was not on when I dropped it off. If it was, I would of requested to get looked at. She says, well the tech said it was on when he pulled it in the bay. I asked what was the issue She stated that they did not check it. I asked why She said not all customers want it checked because we charge for diagnostic. I said I wanted it checked out and im not picking up car and im not paying. I left I was called at 5:55 (5 minutes before service closed) saying car was done and it was the battery was low. What?????? Battery 1 year old. Car driven 200 miles in prior week before service no issues. Car was in for inspection- if there was an engine light on it should of been checked in that process 2 recall were performed on the car that the tech did something to the car and did bot put it back correctly. They called me 3 times before I got there to pick up car to let me know and ask about the engine light. Nothing was said until I went after I paid. How was inthe 1st appt of the day and not get finished for 2 days and the job not even done properly?

Had my car towed to dealership service on Tues night. Got a call that it was fixed on Wednesday afternoon. Paid a $1200 bill and the same issue was still occurring before I could even get home with the car. Took it back the next morning. Was told that dealership is waiting for GM to give instructions on what to do since I had opened a complaint case with GM on Wed evening. Car still not repaired.

2 and half hours to change the oil and rotate the tires??

Im still hearing a scraping noise when I make right hand turns. I thought that would be fixed after my ball joint and control arm were replaced. My engine also seems to shudder when accelerating. Like its almost sputtering when gaining speed.

I give my service visit a 5 star rating. My appointment was at 9:00 and the team I met upon arrival was friendly and efficient. Shortly before 9:00 I received a text from Christopher, the mechanic servicing my car. The text reassured me that he had the car and work had begun on time. His text also gave me a contact should I have any questions. I scheduled my service appointment on line for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I also requested a multi point check of the battery, tire pressure, fluids and wiper blades. Christopher completed the work in a timely fashion and every item I requested was done perfectly. Quick pleasant service

My appointment was for 10am on October 10th. I wanted an oil change, tires rotation and my brakes checked. Since my last inspection my brakes would screech when I backed up. I don't think they checked the brakes because they still screech. They said they checked the air pressure in my tires, I don't think they did. I finally left at 230pm.

Thorough

I made an unannounced appearance to repair a sidewall tire puncture and a vehicle state inspection. Riverview replaced the tire and completed the passing inspection. All my questions were answered and the required services were completed in an expeditious manner. At this time, I am satisfied with their service.

This is the second time I’ve made an appointment online only to be told once arriving that they have no record of me having an appointment.

I was able to get on the schedule quickly and the day of my service everything went well and I'm happy with the priority I was given and that I wasn't waiting for too long.

Was not given the correct credit amount ftom my coupon. Stop & spoke to service and was advised they'd call me. Waited 2 days no call. Called and left message with service manager and still no return call. Called again and asked to talk with someone. They said they would send me the refund ck and still haven't received this.

Bryan squeezed us in on a Saturday and is a Professional with a good attitude and even opened the doors before 9:00 AM. Being a retired Plant Manager you don’t see anyone opening early Now a days.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was told it may be awhile before the inspection was done as the crew goes on lunch soon so I was anticipating being there a long time. To my surprise it was done much sooner than expected, always a pleasant experience here at Riverview!

Had an oil change and our wheels changed to the ones we like to use in the winter. Good service. They even marked each wheel (these are Fuels) so we know how they will go back on in the spring!

My car’s check engine light turned on, and Riverview went above and beyond to make sure I understood my warranty and my options.

Service tech Brian inspected my car. Incorrect date put on new inspection stickers. When told, Brian informed me that it’s my responsibility to inform Riverview Chevrolet what date needs put on stickers. My car’s inspection wasn’t expired until 1/2027. I always bring it in early to get it inspected. Date written on stickers was 11/26 and should have been 1/27. Took additional hour to get it corrected. Also asked if I was charged the “Vehicle owners 65 and older” fees for the state emissions test and showed Brian the sign in the service waiting area. He replied he had no idea what that was about and he was going to ignore it. I feel that as a customer the issue should have been addressed not swept under the rug. I was VERY dissatisfied with the service and am deciding if I should take my vehicle to another Chevrolet dealer to have it serviced from now on.

Service counter employee overwhelmed probably not trained well. Took my registration twice. Paperwork time took half of the time maintenance required. All the way to cashier when he had to take paperwork to redo. He was however very pleasant and polite. Lauded service manager sat in office with windows apparently unable to see struggle and cusorolling eyes at each other

I had to keep calling the dealership for an update on my car they said I would have it back the same day but I ended up not having it for 5 days . I just wish they communicated with me better I felt like I was chasing them down .

For the most part, the service is great. My only complaint is that I never get a call when my truck is done. I always have to call to see if the service is complete. Sometimes that makes me scramble for a ride to pick my truck up.

The one thing I didn't like was service department blaming parts department for something that has was not communicated. A customer should never hear that. Keep it internal and work it out!!!

After making a 9:00 AM appointment for an oil change, and arriving at 8:53 to check in, I was notified at approximately 11:00 AM that my vehicle was finished. I was presented with a bill for $143+, in spite of the TV screen behind him showing $99.95 for this service. He explained to me my vehicle took 8 quarts which was false. After involving the service manager (who explained that GM sets the prices on the screen, not the dealership) he refused to take a $15 coupon that the dealership had provided me on my last service visit. After leaving the dealership, I stopped at a parking lot and checked the oil level, which turned out to be overfilled. I returned to the dealership and they adjusted the level to the proper mark. Also, upon examination of the invoice, it was noted that the tire inflation had been adjusted to the proper levels and the tire monitors reset. This was totally false, they hadn't been touched. This will be my last visit to this dealership for service.

I can not thank the service department for helping me . I had a substantial amount of work done which also came with a substantial bill. The service section ( writers and manager) helped me . I can not thank them enough.

We had a flat tire. We were by Riverview Dealership, so we pulled in there. They took the car in fast. The tire needed a patch. They fixed the tire, and we were on our way.

I arrived at 11:00 AM, my scheduled appointment time, and met with Bryan. Bryan recorded the details of my service needs which included: PA State Inspection, oil change, tire rotation and repair/removal of a scratch on my windshield. Bryan consulted with the Service Manager, Mike, about the windshield work. The Service Manager instructed Bryan to have the car taken to the Detailing Shop first to have the windshield work performed, then, have the remaining services completed after the windshield work was completed. At 12:55 PM I told Bryan my car was sitting in the parking lot, and, that it appeared that no one from the Detail Shop had performed any work on the windshield. Bryan immediately went to the Detail Shop and brought someone out to look at my car. I met the 2 men in the parking lot at my car. After looking at the scratch in the windshield the Detailer said he did not have a Jeweler's Rouge, so he could not buff out the scratch. Ten minutes later someone else moved the car into the Service Area. One hour later the State Inspection, Oil Change and Tire Rotation services were completed and the car was returned to me. I spent a total of 3-1/2 hours in the dealership to have 4 services performed. In the end 3 out of 4 services were completed. It took the Detail Shop 2-1/2 hours to tell me there was nothing they could do to repair the scratch in my windshield.
